It’s a routine service that provides recurring housekeeping to maintain a spotless home at all times. It usually starts with an initial deep clean to prepare the ground for regular visits from our diligent maids. Our professionals then maintain that cleanliness standard, putting your home on a regular rotation. You can choose between a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule according to your lifestyle and sanitation preferences. The price is a set rate and is based on your square footage.

Trash removal (to a dumpster at the location)

Cobweb patrol

Clean counter-tops

Clean tub/shower stall

Clean and disinfect the commode inside and out

Clean and polish the sink, faucet, and drain

Clean all mirrors

Clean the outside of all cabinets and drawers

Dust and clean toilet paper holder/towel racks

Sweep with vacuum and mop floors

Trash removal (to a dumpster at the location)

Deep clean items

Clean blinds

Hand wipe baseboards

Clean all vents

Dust all picture frames, knick-knacks

All items up to their max reach on their two-step ladder and use an extendable duster to cobweb and dust as high as they can reach on their two-step ladder.
First initial clean includes A + B throughout the house
* Routine service includes A every time and B rotated to different sections of the house on each visit

Our pricing for one-time cleanings is based solely on the square footage of the property. The rate you receive at the time of booking will be the final charge. However, while it is uncommon, there may be situations where certain homes require a significantly larger scope of work due to various reasons. In such cases, Maids and Moore retains the right to contact the customer for an extra fee in order to complete the cleaning.
