Our rates for one-time cleanings are based on the square footage of your home. The rate provided at the time of scheduling is the expected charge for your service. While this is uncommon, some homes may require significantly more time and effort than originally anticipated. In these cases, Gleam Bee Cleaning Service reserves the right to contact the client to discuss and request an additional charge in order to properly complete the cleaning.
